Our mission is to give all Sprint customers the highest quality products and services in the wireless marketplace. That's why we currently offer the following solutions and services for our customers who are persons with disabilities:
Easy-to-use wireless phone features
Sprint works with a number of phone manufacturers to obtain wireless devices for both the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network and the Nextel National Network that incorporate easy-to-use features that are helpful to people with disabilities. Examples of accessibility features include:
- Voice-activated dialing
- Adjustable contrast screens
- TTY compatibility
- Large font displays
- Identifiable "5" key
- Text-to-speech capabilities
- One- and two-touch dialing
- Ring tones with varying frequencies
- Tactile & tonal feedback from keys
- Voice Note voice recorder

Sprint encourages customers with disabilities to visit a Sprint Store or an authorized Sprint retailer to shop for a wireless phone that meets their needs. Disabled customers should "test drive" several phones while in the store to ensure that the phone meets the customer’s needs.
